When I visit museums, I try to be as present as possible to absorb everything around me. One way I can do this is by sketching.

Statues are perfect for this matter, not only because they're the perfect immobile models, but because their stillness can spark new ideas with their original pose as a base. Sometimes I don't carry my. sketchbook, or sometimes I have to rush before the museum closes and sketching isn't an option,  so I rely on my camera.

Last time I was in Milan, I visited the modern art gallery filled with 19th century's sculptures. Since I didn't manage to do much sketching, but did some pictures, I recycled these and turned them into promotional prints.
